Welcome to Lumsky Storage! These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Lumsky Storage website, software, and services ('Service'). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Your Account

To use Lumsky Storage, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• Safeguard your password and be solely responsible for any activities or actions that occur under your account, whether or not you have authorized them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use our services) to create an account.

2. Your Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your files, data, and any other information you store on Lumsky Storage ('Content'). We dont claim any ownership of your Content. These Terms do not grant us any rights to your Content, except for the limited rights required to operate the Service.

To provide the Service, we require a limited license to your Content. You grant Lumsky Storage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, and display your Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you.

3. Your Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for your conduct and your Content. You agree to comply with the following rules:

• Do not store or share any Content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene.
• Do not upload or distribute any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fees, Payment, and Renewal

• Prices for services are subject to change at any time. You will be charged the new price on your next bill.
• Lumsky Storage is offered through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees specified for your chosen plan.
• Payments are non-refundable.

5. Termination

The minimum rental period for our service is 30 days. On the 23rd day, a new payment link will appear on your dashboard page. This payment link will remain active for 7 days. If no payment is made within 7 days, we will ask you to back up your files within 5 days (from day 30 to day 35). On day 36, we will permanently delete all your data, after which your data cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect if you are in breach of these Terms. We will provide notice of such termination, where feasible.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Lumsky Storage DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Lumsky Storage, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE ONE (1) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
